1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all products, services, and features offered through the 399ba website and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces. By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through 399ba, you enter into a binding agreement with the Company and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on this platform.

399ba operates as a privately held online gaming and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Company reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations it may have to active players regarding settled balances and pending withdrawals.

Acceptance of Risk

Online gambling involves financial risk. By using 399ba, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of gambling, accept that you may lose all funds deposited into your account, and confirm that your participation is voluntary and for entertainment purposes. 399ba does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager placed through the platform.

Language and Interpretation

These Terms are published in English, which is the sole governing language. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between a translated version of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all cases.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 399ba platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 399ba enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and all deposits will be returned, with any winnings forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local legislation. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether gambling online is legal in your location before registering.
• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter into financial agreements are not eligible to register.

3 Account Registration

One Account Policy

Account Credentials

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify the 399ba support team. All activity carried out using your credentials before notification of a breach is your responsibility.

KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, 399ba will require you to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents for KYC purposes include a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Additional supporting documentation such as a utility bill confirming your address or a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad transaction history may be requested to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the receiving 399ba account flagged for review. 399ba does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered account holder. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players. 5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

399ba offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that offer only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (for example, a ×20 wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered). Bonus Abuse

399ba takes bonus integrity seriously. Behaviour identified as constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed exclusively to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, collusion between players, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension. 399ba's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 399ba sportsbook and all gaming activity in the 399ba casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm your acceptance of the relevant product rules in addition to these general Terms.

Sports Betting

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds for that bet are locked. 399ba reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, where the odds were subject to a manifest error, or where the event is subsequently cancelled and cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of the original start time. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of 399ba's trading team.

Casino and Live Casino

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399ba platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, in addition to any legal remedies the Company may pursue:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration or during KYC verification, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or jurisdiction.
• Money Laundering: Using the 399ba platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer, integrate, or conceal the origins of illicit funds through any deposit-and-withdrawal cycle.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants or sharing information in live dealer games.
• Use of Bots and Automated Software: Using any automated betting system, script, bot, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with any part of the 399ba platform without human input.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds between 399ba and other platforms, or using 399ba bonuses in conjunction with external platforms to guarantee profit with no genuine risk, in a manner not consistent with recreational gambling.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place wagers from your 399ba account, regardless of whether that third party is a family member, friend, or commercial associate.
• Hacking and Security Interference: Attempting to access any part of the 399ba platform beyond your own player account, introducing malware or disruptive code, carrying out denial-of-service attacks, or attempting to intercept or reverse-engineer any part of the platform's communication protocols.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

399ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or that applicable legal or regulatory obligations require such action.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 399ba account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, you may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suspended, and you will not be permitted to create a new account. Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Prior to applying the dormancy policy, 399ba will send notification to the registered email address. A monthly administration fee of ৳50 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in. No administration fee will reduce a balance below zero.
